OK.. IF I DELETE THE DEFAULT INDEX.HTM FILE FROM INMOTION AND REFRESH MY WEB BROWSER FOR MY DOMAIN I ONLY GET A LISTING OF INDEX FILES IN MY PUBLIC_HTML... IVE READ IN THE FORUMS AQBOUT THIS AND MY INDEX PAGE FILES ARE LISTED AS INDEX.PHP AND IT IS IN MY OPEN CART MAIN FOLDER... IM NOT SURE WHERE TO GO FROM THIS.. OTHER INFO IS I HAD A DEDICATED SSL CERT INSTALLED AS WELL.. NOT SURE IF THIS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT BUT MAYBE THERE IS SOMETHING TO IT. INMOTION SAYS ITS SERVERS ARE CONFIGURED TO LOOK FOR INDEX.HTM THEN INDEX.HTML THEN INDEX.PHP.. NOT SURE IF ITS MY FILE LOCATION FOR MY INDEX.PHP OR SOMETHING ELSE?

HI CCWCIGARZAR, I APOLOGIZE FOR THE DELAY IN GETTING BACK WITH YOU. I LOOKED AT YOUR WEBSITE, AND IT APPEARS YOU WERE ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. IF BY CHANCE I WAS LOOKING AT THE WRONG WEBSITE, FEEL FREE TO POST A COMMENT AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE WITH A LINK TO THE SITE HAVING THE PROBLEM, AND I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO REVIEW FURTHER. YOU WERE CORRECT, IN THAT OUR SERVERS TYPICALLY LOAD INDEX FILES IN A CERTAIN ORDER, AND INDEX.PHP BEING THE LAST OF THEM. OUR SERVERS ARE CASE SENSITIVE, AND LOOK FOR LOWER CASE FILES. IF YOUR INDEX FILE WAS NAMED INDEX.PHP INSTEAD OF index.php, THEN DUE TO THE UPPER CASE CHARACTERS USED, THE INDEX.PHP FILE WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN UPLOADED. YOU ALSO ASKED ABOUT THE FILE LOCATION. ALL FILES SHOULD BE WITHIN YOUR public_html DIRECTORY. YOU CAN FIND MORE DETAILS ON THIS AT THE FOLLOWING LINK: WHAT DIRECTORY SHOULD I PUT MY FILES IN? I HOPE THIS HELPS! FEEL FREE TO POST A COMMENT AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE IF YOU HAVE ANY FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS, I'M MORE THAN HAPPY TO ASSIST FURTHER. THANKS, - BRAD
