Domain Transfer - timing out

I have tried twice to transfer my domain to inmotionhosting without success. My current host is Each time I am told that I will receive and email from [email protected] at '[email protected]'. I have no access to the [email protected] account and the email never shows up in the [email protected] inbox.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. It sounds like you may have domain privacy enabled at your current domain registrar. Domain privacy must be removed. You need to update the records to reflect an email address for administrator.

A domain transfer will fail since it sends an email to the admin listed in your whois information. If you're not sure how to update your whois information, you'll need to contact your current registrar.
