I am not able to receive email from one of our customers.

I am sending and receiving lots of email, but email from a police department is not coming through to us, yet they receive our email just fine.

The email they send does not appear in my spam or anywhere else that I can see.

I do not have the exact error message as they deleted it and are awaiting another bounce back which comes ours later. It did say "mail undeliverable". I do not know beyond that.

Hi Mteig,

Thanks for getting back to me. Almost every bounceback message starts like that. Once you have the bounceback message we can use the exact error message to determine why the message is not going through. there could be any number of reasons so I don't want to speculate until we can read that message.

As soon as they have it, if you want to forward the entire bounceback message to [email protected] I'd be happy to look over it and help you determine why they cannot send you emails.

Once you forward the email, just let me know here so I know to check for the message.

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. Do you have the bounceback message they are getting when they try to email you. this bounceback message is imperative to troubleshooting why the messages are not getting to your inbox.

If you don't do you have any additional information such as the email address the emails are being sent from, the date/time the emails are being sent?

This information will help us to be able to troubleshoot this further.
