Why can't my visitor see my site?
One of my regular website users is unable to access my site from his home computer. When he tries to connect, he receives the following message:
"The connection has timed out - The server at www.usawks.com is taking too long to respond.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."
I found a similar problem posted in these forums from bpgsim5, and I followed the suggestion by Tim S. and told the user to ping and traceroute test. Here is the report he received:
