Why haven't I received my domain transfer authorization email?
I received notice on Thursday, 12/22, that I would receive an email from [email protected] within the next 24 hrs regarding my domain transfer. I have not yet received that email and it is now 48 hrs. I checked my email account carefully to insure it had not gone into my spam or junk folders.
Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. It appears after reviewing your account that the transfer failed due to domain privacy still being on your domain. You must remove privacy prior to starting the domain transfer process. Since the transfer email will be sent to the administrative email address on the domain, please make sure you have access to it.
