Hello Jessica,

Apologies for the DNS issues that require you to have an entry deleted.  You can actually make the change yourself using the cPanel Zone Editor.  Follow the instructions in this tutorial to make change.  We cannot make the change for your account without the specifics, and it would be best if you have these changes done in private by yourself or with our live technical support team.  If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
