Hello Cory,

We're sorry for the issue with the email being blocked.  Typically, when we see a 550 error on outbound email then it's being blocked by our internal filtering. However, a "550 #5.7.1 " error received from a remote server normally means your IP or server is being blocked.  I know that you said that contacting live support appeared to be useless to you, but they will be the ones who have access to your mail logs AND they can work to have your server de-listed if the server has been blacklisted (preventing you from sending emails).

Please contact our live technical support team once more and provide the bounce back email that you got with the error message.  Advise them that emails you send to that server are bouncing.  The bounce-back email will provide the information required by the tech to resolve the issue.

I hope that this helps to explain the issue.  Our apologies if you were not able to get the issue immediately resolved.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,
