No API Connection with Mautic

I installed Mautic and use Thrives (WordPress Plugin) on a other host.


After setup the API connection I could use the Thrive Optin builder in coorperation with Mautic.


Today the API is not working properly, I can't choose a (Mautic) mailing list.


Something is changed on the server, maybe an update or so.


Somebody knows how to solve this?

Sorry for the problems with the issues with the Mautic mailing list app. As these are third party applications, my recommendation is to see if there are any existing issues reported by the developer. The Support Center website staff does not have direct access to your server to troubleshoot the issue, so we recommend contacting our live technical support staff to check for errors in the Web server, or if there are possible security rules that may be causing the issue. You do have the option to go into cPanel and turn off (some of) the modsec rules. Apologies that we can not directly troubleshoot the issue for you.
