Why does my client report so many blocked emails?
I have one client who forwards me blocked emails all the time. It's not a matter of wrong email either. In the details of the email it reports: host mail3.statefarm.com [18.104.22.168] SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<••Redacted••>: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [22.214.171.124] blocked using ASHB2VH2LBAJDLPVLNZ7XFLPCMMA4HP.r.mail-abuse.com; Mail from 126.96.36.199 blocked using Trend Micro Email Reputation database. Please see I've gone through the process of requesting removal from the block list but I feel that this is a case of DejaVu. Any thoughts on how to prevent this?
