Why does my client report so many blocked emails?
I have one client who forwards me blocked emails all the time. It's not a matter of wrong email either. In the details of the email it reports:

I've gone through the process of requesting removal from the block list but I feel that this is a case of DejaVu. Any thoughts on how to prevent this?
I recommend ensuring both have followed our Overall Email Authentication guide. That should help prevent this from happening again.
