I want to have all emails coming in and going out of an email address, be COPIED to another email address on another domain.  Can you point me to the instructions?  I found instructions on FORWARDING, but I want the email to go to BOTH places.

Thanks

Hello Jody,

The only other way to do this without using a custom coded solution would be to find a pre-built program that does it for you.  The email system we have here is from cPanel and they do not currently have a built-in way to copy the outgoing emails as you are requesting.  Sorry that we don't have a direct solution for the problem that you're trying to solve.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest regards,

We have a silver plan .  This solution will not work.  I need the emails to be copied at the time they go out and come into our '.jpalandscap.com' domain.  I need all emails in and out copied to '[email protected]'.  I have to believe that there is a way to do this.

Hello Jody,

Thank you for contacting us about copying all incoming and outgoing emails for an account. Depending on your hosting plan, you may be able to access this via the Archive settings in cPanel.

An easier solution would be to connect and check the emails for this account using an IMAP client such as Webmail. This leaves all incoming and outgoing emails on the server and it is viewable by anyone logged in.

Thank you,

John-Paul
