BoldGrid Edit pages different than published

My site has lost some of the graphic detail (lines under headings) when i view it live. However, when I login as administrator and go to edit the pages, the lines show up there. Why are they not appearing on the site?

Hi. Thank you for posting your question regarding the results of your website loading. I'm sorry to see the live site is not loading as you expected and were seeing in the administrator dashboard.
