Second domain not appearing in domain overview

I bought 2 domains simultaniously when I registered with you. I can't see the second domain in my domain overview. Please help.

Apologies for the missing domain registration. I looked at your account and they have the domain privacy, but not the registration of the domain. I checked your billing and the domain registration was not charged to you. I cannot fix this from the Support Center, but you can have the issue expedited by contacting our Customer Service team (contact information at the bottom of the page under Contact Us - Accounts/Billing). You can call, use Skype, or email them to have it addressed. Apologies again for the issue!
