WHM and CPanel configurations

I configured packages in WHM when I first started with my reseller account and I can see that I allocated too much of everything in my packages. If I create other packages with less bandwidth and less disk space and transfer existing clients with websites online to those lesser packages will they loose their website or other information.

I want to be sure before I transfer clients to other packages.

Hi rdizazzo,

Thanks for your question about packages in WHM. So, changing customers to new packages should not affect customer accounts. Their websites and emails should be completely fine and the only "change" would be to the limits being reduced. I hope this helps!
