AWSTATS not Refreshing

The last three days I have been having this message:
Error: Log is currently being processed in the background. Cannot update.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding AWSTATS not refreshing. I recommend trying to manually update the stats in cPanel. Keep in mind this can take time to complete. If your problems persist notify Live Support so they can look at your specific account and help you get the stats updated. Thank you, John-Paul
