cPanel and AMP login id/pwd

My website was launched yesterday but I don't have a cPanel or AMP ID/PWD to log in or create emails ... and now I am unable to access my old email with the previous hosting company...
my domain name is *****************.com and I can be reached by email on *****@outlook.com

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding your AMP/cPanel login and password. Your username for AMP should be the main email address you signed up with. If you do not know your password for AMP, you can reset the AMP password via email. You can view your cPanel username in AMP, and reset the cPanel password if necessary. You do not need to know the original password to accomplish this in AMP. Since this is a public forum, I marked out your email address for security purposes. Thank you, John-Paul
