I'm locked out of cPanel

I cannot log into cpanel, i cannot get a password email and now i have been locked out of my account
Hello, Apologies for the problem with the login to your cPanel (and access to your account). You will need to contact the our live technical support team in order to get help with access. We can't do that in the support center website as it's public. Our tech support team will ask you to verify the account for security purposes. We verify for security purposes using either the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
