Email error for new email address

I get the following error: "550 Verification failed for No Such User Here Sender verify failed" I've fixed all the support things I could find on this portal and no luck. Any help appreciated.
Hello drew_san, Sorry for the problem with the 550 verification failed error. Typically, this problem is caused by the MX entry setting for the domain. If your email is being handled remotely, then it should be set to remote. If it is set to be handled locally (by our servers), then it should be set to LOCAL. You can change this setting in the cPanel under MX Entry. If you're not sure how to change it or don't have access to the cPanel, then you need to contact our live technical support team.
