Emails I'm receiving are being labeled as SPAM

The emails that are going into spam, are work people that I have corresponded with for several years and are now labeled as spam in the subject line and have gone in the spam folder. This keeps happening! Please tell me how to fix this.

As a test, try raising your SpamAssassin setting, which should allow your filter to be less aggressive.
