Getting a PHP Warning message

Hi I have oc 1.5.6.4 and I get this message
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/cooki822/public_html/catalog/controller/account/download.php on line 60
Line 60 is this code: foreach ($results as $result) {
and with this problem customers in their account downloads page don't see the downloads they have paid for so they can download them to their computer.
I do not know coding so please help me.
