Admin Management "add widget" On Blog Page Shows In Published Page

Please advise me on how to change the showing of the "ADD Widget" on my Published Blog page. It showed after I correctly removed the Widget Meta from the Customize Active Side bar Editor and Saved. It does not show in the Preview Page, but does in the View of Active Site Page.
