Hello, Sorry for the problem with the bounce backs. If you look at the link that they provide, they basically are requiring a PTR. You can have one setup for your account by submitting a verified support ticket to our live technical support team. They will be able to go into you DNS records and add the PTR record for your account. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
