Domain transfer from justhost doesn't work

Using Inmotion transfer wizard I reached step 7: "Wait for an Email from Melbourne IT" but I am not receiving this email. The transfer wizard was initiated 5 days ago. Nothing has changed with my domain at Justhost: it is unlocked by there is no trace of any transfer. What could be wrong with it?

Apologies for the confusion with the InMotion Transfer wizard. Melbourne IT is no longer the domain registrar that we use for our domains. It has been changed to Tucows (OpenSRS). The notice in the transfer wizard is supposed to be updated to reflect this already, but you're still seeing it, so it needs to be updated. I have notified the managers responsible for this and they are updating it so that it's correct. I looked at your account and you have a ticket submitted for the issue. Also, your domain transfer was initiated for Our live technical support team should be able to assist you on this issue in order to complete the transfer.
