Cannot login via SSH

When I try to connect to the server via SSH the following error appears:

Attempting to create directory /home/fullhe6/perl5
Unable to create /home/fullhe6/perl5: No such file or directory at /usr/local/share/perl5/local/lib.pm line 686.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted.

Seems like there are some perl modules missed. How can we fix that?
