Sending error with WP + Contact Form 7

Hi there,

I've tried to setup a contact form (via Contact Form 7) on my WP install, located at http://www.talesfromthepinkslip.com In my form settings I have [email protected] as the address in the "From" field and I have also created the [email protected] email address via cpanel. Still, I am receiving the following message when I try to send a test submission:

"There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."

I've also tested the wordpress@ email address and it is indeed receiving emails from other addresses. At this point I'm not quite sure what the next step would be to resolve this issue and would appreciate any help you could offer.

Thank you!

Hello, Sorry for the problems with the Contact Form 7 not sending an email. When I checked the error logs for both the web server and email server, I am not seeing any errors in delivery. Can you please let us know what settings you are using for the form? Are you using PHP mail or setting SMTP? It would be preferable to have the email using SMTP. You may also be interested in checking the Contact Form 7 Configuration Validator to help determine if the form is setup correctly. Please provide us more information on the configuration and we can investigate the issue in more depth. If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know. Regards, Arnel C.
