No response after buying hosting plan

Today I've bought from InMotion: 3-year hosting plan, selected that I own hosting already (I want to transfer my hosting to InMotion from other site). I have reveived an Receipt , and Email of "Unsuccessfull BoldGrid Intallation" - but I haven't got an account yet.
Nothing further happend, I haven't received any email with login, or what to do next.
I've bought hosting plan and can't use it, please help.
