Can't Login to Prestashop BO Until Clearing Browser History

I am Running Presta shop V1.6.1.3 and I have been having a issue where I can't login to th BO Until I clear my browser history how do I fix this I Also have another install of 1.6.1.5 that does the same think it happens on Firefox & chrome

Hello southsidevacuum2, Thank you for your question regarding trouble logging into Prestashop back office. I searched around for possible solutions and one common suggestion is to manually delete the contents of the "smarty cache" tools/smarty/compile and tools/smarty/cache.
