Not receiving certain emails on AOL

I have been receiving emails from a Library site for the past few years. for some reason I don't any longer receive them but I did contact them and they are sending the emails but I'm not receiving the emails.

Hello, Thank you for your question regarding not receiving emails from AOL. Check any spam folders, or filters you may have. For example your Spam Assassin may be set to auto-delete anything flagged as spam, or a filter may be set to move certain emails to a specific folder. Review your mail logs for additional clues or record of the incoming emails (for example, you can search by sender). If there is no record on the server, it is failing before being delivered.
