emails lost from server

Re-installed outlook and when re-adding the account all my emails got downloaded from the server into outlook, and got deleted from the server. Now I cannot access emails from my phone or from the web browser when out of my office. Is there a way to get them back?? Please help!

Hello, Thank you for your question about email recovery. The email can be recovered only if you have a recent backup. If you are a customer of InMotion Hosting, you have the ability to make cPanel backups. Our Live Support team can restore cPanel backups if you have one. Depending on what kind of hosting package you have, you may be able to send in a request for a data restoration, but this does not guarantee the data you are looking is still present on the server.
