How can I tell if Wordpress.com transfer was successful
I am trying to transfer my wordpress.com site but it doesn't seem to change to wordpress.org as I still can't access Plugins. Can you confirm which tutorial I should follow for this?

Thank you for your question about WordPress transfers. I just need some more information. Are you trying to transfer from wordpress.org? In wordpress.org you do not have access to plugins. However, in a self-hosted WordPress site you have access to plugins. I assume you are trying to transfer to self-hosted WordPress environment?
