Not receiving emails from my customers on my website.

I have a "contact us" page on my website with a from that customers can send out and send to me. It is set up using Ninja Forms. The problem is that when a message is sent, I do not receive an email telling me that they sent a message. I have to long into WordPress and go into the forms tab to find it. After looking at some troubleshooting fixes, I found that sometimes the host can block messages from going out and being emailed to me. I was hoping you could look into this problem. My website is
Hello, Thank you for your question regarding WordPress mail. This is common as we require mail that is sent out to authenticate with the outgoing mail server. You should be able to do this by installing the WP Mail SMTP plugin and configuring the correct settings. Best Regards, TJ Edens
