Route Emails to other places

Hello,

I have a prestashop store set up so that every time something happens on the site related to a sale etc... it sends an email to the specified address. The problem though, is that I need to send return slip emails to a different email address. Anyone have some ideas on how to do this?

Hello Zack, Thank you for your question regarding sending emails from Prestashop for returns. The customer service section should allow you to communicate with your customers via email. You should be able to edit the customer's email address as needed. Also, PrestaShop has a return merchandise functionality, covered here in the official documentation. Once processed, the customer can access and view the return. Thank you, John-Paul
