email problem on Galaxy mobile

I have 2 email accounts set up on my Samsung GT-S7500. One of them is suddenly refusing access, with error message 'Incorrect user name or password'. The user name and password were put in when I set the phone up. Any suggestions as to what to do now willl be gratefully received.
Hello Hugh T, Thank you for contacting us about the user/password error in your Galaxy mobile. If the phone is refusing for an incorrect username and/or password you must attempt to put that information in again. Make sure the username the phone is using is the full email address. It's possible the password was changed on the server side. It would be best to double-check. You can reset the passwords through cPanel. Best, Christopher M.
