My domain DNS has always been point to the nameservers.
I have no idea what an "A record" is.
I tried the Temp cpanel URL and got the same "This site can't be reached" message.
This issue started a few days ago when clicking on the Inmotion CPanel link on the AMP page.
Before that I had no problems.
Normally I just use Filezilla which works OK.

Since this does not sound like normal behavior, I recommend contacting our Live Tech Support team so they can test your specific account.

Hello Joel,

Thank you for contacting us about issues accessing cPanel. Ensure your domains DNS is pointed to our nameservers and the 'A record' is pointed to your shared IP address.

As a test, try accessing cPanel using the Temp cPanel URL. The address can be viewed in your Account's Technical Information section of AMP.

Thank you,

John-Paul
