Fatal error: Class 'Tools' not found in /home/../config.inc.php on lin
Initially i had a problem opening my website and the error message was store.theonlinebabystore.com.ng is currently unable to handle this request. 500
I contacted support center and I upon trying to resolve the error message is now
Fatal error: Class 'Tools' not found in /home/tobsng5/public_html/store/config/config.inc.php on line 80
the support guy said this
"Unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve this. We have tried many things including changing php version. Tried even moving php.ini and .htaccess file. I turned on debugging mode and the error shows the following:
Fatal error: Class 'Tools' not found in /home/tobsng5/public_html/store/config/config.inc.php on line 80"
I would appreciate any help that would get my website online asap. Thanks Guys

Sorry to hear you are getting the 'Fatal error: Class 'Tools' not found in /home/../config.inc.php ' error in your PrestaShop store. I downloaded a fresh copy of your PrestaShop version and replaced the Tools.php file it mentioned. After that, I cleared the smartycache in PrestaShop. Now, the site appears to be functional.
