Paypal IPN fail with Opencart
I am using Opencart 1.5.6.1 with Paypal integrated as method of payment. Paypal IPN has stopped pinging my shopping cart pack after a payment has been received. I've also received this from Paypal:
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) messages. Messages sent to the following URL(s) are not being received:
https://truly-twisted.com/payment/pp_standard/callback.html
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

We do not have a server that handles Paypal transactions or notifications specifically, but if you have any further data on the administrative issues you may be having with your account we may be able to isolate a possible cause.
While trying to visit the link you provided I received a warning in my browser that there was a problem with the SSL.
