UPS no carrier found

Our website is and we are running on PrestaShop (V. and our UPS module stopped working.
The server or Presta config was not changed and users are not unable to check-out. It says Carrier not found and it doe snot matter if you are on a US or Canadian address.

If there any more info that I need to provide in order to get assistance, please let me know.
Hello, Thank you for contacting us about an issue with a UPS module in PrestaShop After spending some time researching this, I noticed that UPS has made some changes to their API recently as per their announcement. This may change the way your module communicates with their systems since it states there is a new service code outline, as well as some lists/rate types returning new values. Since you are running an outdated version of PrestaShop, I first recommend checking your UPS module to be sure it is compatible with the latest update to the UPS API. We strongly urge you to run that latest version of the software for security purposes (PrestaShop recommends the same here). Also, enable error reporting, if you haven't already. Enabling the error reporting will allow the message to display in the browser to give you an idea of where the problem may lie. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
