554 email bounceback from ONE address

My website generates emails using the PHPMailer, sending out hundreds of emails when an event happens. There is ONE particular person's email that keeps bouncing back -- but ONLY if the email comes from my domain. If I send that person an email from my gmail or my bellsouth account, it goes through fine. Here is the error I get when I send from my domain:jmir@********.net
host mx01.gmx.com [74.208.5.27]
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
554-mail.com (mxgmxus002) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available
554-No SMTP service
554-Bad DNS PTR resource record.

Having done some research, I understand that 554 is sometimes used as a general error. My question is, do I have the ability to fix this, or is my client just doomed to not receive emails from my domain.
