Hi.

I am using OpenCart 2.1.0.1 with a custom theme. For some reason i get the following issue when I try using a plugin which presents the second product image when you hover your mouse over a product:

Warning: getimagesize(image/cache/catalog/Product%20Images/2016%20January/Stay%20Happy%20Keep%20Moving%20Forward/SHKMF-M---Red-250x250.png) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/XXXX/public_html/catalog/view/theme/fastor/template/new_elements/product.tpl on line 32

Everything checks out on the theme's end so I was asked to see if you guys have the getimage function enabled. I saw in another post that you do have this enabled and that a GIF image may have caused the issue.

All my images are in PNG so im not sure why I receive this error upon using this plugin.

I went ahead and disabled the plugin for now as my site is running with customers visiting and a large error message plastered everywhere doesn't look good. But please let me know if youd like me to enable the plugin so you guys can see the issue.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about the getimage function in OpenCart. Yes, the getimage function is enabled on the server.

We would definitely be interested in replicating the error. Which plugin were you using?

Best,
