I can't remember my login details

Hi guys, I very stupid with these things...one of our friends made my website and we dont talk anymore he said he cant remember my details...
So my problem...I cant remeber my admin and password and I cant do the password recovery beacause the mail is going to the mail that he created and had the pasword...I think its [email protected](www.beattitudebeauty.co.za is there any way I can get these details?I want to add photos to my website but cant..

Hello InMotionFans, Thank you for your contacting us about an issue remembering your account details. If you have access to cPanel you can, change the email password there. This would allow you to regain access to the email inbox, for example using Webmail. Alternately, if you have access to cPanel you can reset your WordPress password via phpMyAdmin, FTP, Softaculous, or with an emergency password reset script.
