I am having trouble viewing my WordPress site

For some reason every time I try to go to wordpress dashboard my site is some weird blink site with adds all over it. I'm not sure why. It is on my server and I just registered it a couple days ago. IE also states that it my not be the site I'm looking for and can be unsafe. I don't know what to do. Any help please?

Hello youngday, Thank you for your contacting us about an issue viewing WordPress. I looked at your site, and it is not yet pointed to our servers. I recommend pointing to our Nameservers, which should allow your site to resolve to us within 24 hours (due to propagation). Also, here is a helpful link to our guide on how to Install WordPress.
