Can't log in via FTP

I have problem accessing the server via FTP, I've created a new FTP account, but when I try to use it, I receive the following server response:
OFFLINE2, error=10054
Socket error: 10054

Can you please help?
Hello kgabrys, Sorry to hear you are having issues with logging into your account with FTP. The most common cause for a socket error 10054 is the use of an invalid FTP host address. You will want to be sure you are connecting to the correct host. This is usually either the domain name or the server name. You can find all the information for connecting via FTP within our FTP User Guide. If you can confirm all connection data is correct, try and enable or disable Passive Mode, meaning set it to the opposite that it is currently set to. If you are still having issues after that, you may want to contact our Live Support team so they can watch the logs in real time as you try to connect to see if there is an issue on the server or with your account.
