Hello bbeldagli, Sorry to hear you are having issues with incoming emails after a DNS change. Thank you for the image, it was most helpful. The issue lies with your mail.*****.com record. It is currently a CNAME record pointing to your domain. This means that it will point to the same IP as the domain, which is shopify. What you want to do is be SURE your MX record (not pictured in the image, but I was able to find it via search) is pointed to mail.*****.com (it is currently only pointed to *****.com). After ensuring the MX record is pointing to mail.*****.com, then change the mail.*******.com record to an A record and have it point to your cPanel IP. This means that InMotion Hosting will handle all your mail while the domain will point to shopify. Kindest Regards, Scott M
