Im not receiving order emails from our website

Hi ever since I transferred my website and emails over to inmotion we havent received any order emails from the website. Ive talked with tech support and they say all the settings are correct but still n o emails. Its been since Sept 7, 2015. Can someone see if a file is coded wrong or maybe its because were having upgrading issues or what it is? But my boss is getting frustrated so I really need help getting this fixed. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Hello, Please review the following guide on OpenCart email settings just to double check them. What is the email that the orders are supposed to send mail from? Are you able to log into that email address on the server to make sure that there are no bounce errors? Best Regards, TJ Edens
