I haven't received an initial email confirmation for my account setup

It has been almost approaching for three days since i have ordered for an account setup. In my order confirmation it says: "Your order is in the account setup process now and you will receive an initial email confirmation in the next few minutes. ......................"
Where is that promise and why you are so late to confirm my account setup?
Please i need your solution and support in the near time.

Sorry to hear you have not yet received your email confirmation. It should have gone out to the email address on file but can sometimes go to the Spam folder. I see now that you were able to contact the Confirmations team and get your account started. Please let us know if you have any further questions!
