Get locked out of wp admin screen

I recently changed a setting in the below plugin to enable automatic log out after 40 minutes. As soon as I enabled this setting, I was logged out of my wordpress account and was directed to a blank white screen. I was not able to get back to my login screen until the plugin was deactivated via FTP. Every time I reactivate the plugin, I immediately see the same results as before.

How do I go about completely deleting the files and everything for this plugin to start from fresh. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no better results.
