AMP InMotion Service Status Required

after purchasing a new account, the website (AMP) doesn't login, it doesn't show any error messages or anything, it is like refreshing or reloading the page, there should be a status button that indicate if there's any technical problems within inmotionHosting website.
Hello muhfred, Sorry to hear you are having issues logging into the AMP. We are not currently having any issues with the AMP server, so you should be able to get in. Have you tried different devices? Different browsers? Have you cleared your browser cache? Have you cleared the cookies? If you have and are certain that the credentials are correct, be sure to contact Live Support (phone or chat) so they can walk through it with you and see if they can identify the issue for you.
