i provide the backoffice login information here, and hope you guys could help to solve this problem.

server 1 (problem one):
front shop: huamoque.com/presta
backoffice: huamoque.com/presta/admin123 ([email protected]/x133{f51)

server 2:
front shop: orchidsbbs.com/presta
backoffice: orchidsbbs.com/presta/admin123 ([email protected]/x133{f51)

the problems:
1. login - Blog Management - Add New, Save. (in server 1, showing "Successful update", but nothing has been save. server 2 is ok.)

2. login - Modules and Services - Leo Bootstrap Megamenu - configure, CREATE NEW MEGAMENU ITEM, save. (in server 1, showing "Successful update", but nothing has been save. server 2 is ok.)

please note that these two prestashops are exactly the same, just set up to find out what's the problem.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about issues saving blogs and megamenu in PrestaShop. I first recommend Enabling Error Reporting in PrestaShop, which may provide a detailed error message. I saw a similar issue in the PrestaShop forums, where the PHP settings (php_value max_input_vars 3500) had to be adjusted. Since servers have different default PHP settings, this may be the case. You can adjust your PHP settings at any time. You may have to make the rule recursive, meaning it affects the child folders. A phpinfo page can help determine if the settings have changed. Another person in the post suggests checking mod_security. As a test, you can Disable mod_security in cPanel, then try to save a blog. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you, John-Paul
