Wordpress Loading very slow

Hi all,
My website is www.theocpreview.com... after migrating over from another host, I am having an issue with my wordpress site loading very slowly since I've migrated over to INmotion. I have recently installed W3 Total Cache and it's helped. But I am still seeing load times up to 30 seconds. It can be as quick 2 seconds. But the average is 10 seconds...

I am using the wpresidence theme with Visual Composer, Ultimate for VC and a few other essentials. I barely have anything loaded on the site... maybe a few dozen posts. Pics are maybe a little big, but I've reduced them as much as I can without losing quality. I have cut out all non-necessary plug-ins.

Even when I switch back to the basic 2013 WP theme, load time is up in the 10's. Any ideas on what I can do?
