vps server install program

Hello,
I need MemCached and eAccelerator to be enabled on my server.
I want also "query_cache value" to be increased to 512M.
I want to know if soap is installed or not? If not please install soap!
I would really appreciate it if you could please tell me how I can do these things.

While these can be installed on your VPS, it does require you to contact Live Support with a verified ticket request.
