no confirmation email received

i placed my order for an account with you more than 8 hours ago, now i am still expecting the confirmation email. pls tell me why. i tried emailing you, starting 4 hours ago, for help only to receive auto-reply messages tell me your staff will contact me shortly, but i am still waiting.
